Alex is a phenomenal realtor, and a really great person. We were introduced to him by friends who were impressed by his skills, in-depth knowledge of the market and incredible helpfulness after the purchase of their home in finding multiple contractors to do a lot of work at their new home. After working with him, we became even more impressed since he has the inside scoop on pre-listed homes, he can accurately estimate the cost of repairs and upgrades (essential for this market since so many homes need work), and he even hooks you up with great contractors to do the work. He's also incredibly knowledgeable about 1031 exchanges since he's done them for himself and his clients. I really appreciate the fact that he's proactive and constantly networking for his clients, checking out houses on broker tour on our behalf, talking with other agents about upcoming listings and discussing sales to develop an accurate read on current market conditions. Alex found the exact right house for us, in a great location, under our budget price, and helped us get it done with a complicated 1031 exchange process. Even though we've already closed, he's still helping us by connecting us with contractors for upgrades, and even helping us rent out the house without any commission.
