I regretfully need to share my extremely disappointing experience with Leanna Carter, a property manager I was assigned at MoveZen. From the outset, Leanna Cater was both argumentative and incompetent in her role.

Her incompetence was glaringly evident when she sent me not one, but two fraudulent potential tenants. This not only wasted my time but also severely undermined my trust in her ability to manage my property effectively.

Moreover, her demeanor was consistently rude and disrespectful. She created such an uncomfortable atmosphere that I felt I had no choice but to leave the company altogether.

Overall, Leanna Carter’s unprofessional behavior and lack of competence made my experience with MoveZen a complete nightmare. I would strongly advise anyone to steer clear of this property management company.

The response from the owner is full of false information. Leanna asked me what price I would like. I told her, she agreed, and we moved forward. Additionally, there is a $50 difference between your starting rate and where I was at. This is after I had to correct your company because they used the wrong square footage.

Leanne Carter began marketing my home on May 2. After a few days, she asked me to drop the price, and I agreed. The price was dropped once. Some time later, she asked again, and when I said no, she became very rude, disrespectful, and combative, so I fired her. I requested to terminate our contract. No one from MoveZen reached out to me to end our contract. I requested the termination after Leanna’s rude phone call.

Please explain where this claim of refusing to drop the price for several months is coming from, considering I terminated the contract on June 11. Where are you getting "months" from?

At no point during your response did you mention how Leanne Carter sent me two fraudulent potential tenants. Address that issue. Not only is Leanne Carter unprofessional, but the owner is also unprofessional.

I'm glad someone else spoke up about Leanna. I had a terrible experience with her. I called the number on the sign at a property, but after a few hours without a response, I called again. She snapped at me, claiming she had texted me the information, but I hadn't received any communication. She then told me I needed to book online to see the property. When I mentioned there were no available times, she got an attitude about that too. She later texted that it should be fixed.

We viewed the house, liked it, and went to apply. The application was confusing, with yes/no answers for non-yes/no questions. It was also unclear for co-applicants. When I called her for clarification, she snapped again, saying she didn't have experience with co-applicants and only answered my call for another reason, and wouldn’t have had she known that was my reason for calling.

Despite her rudeness, we continued with the application process because we liked the home. She stopped communicating with me and only talked to my boyfriend, making inappropriate comments about our relationship. She also demanded three months' rent upfront, with one month supposedly sitting in her account, not the owner's, and still told him we weren't exactly approved, it would have to be discussed.

Leanna is unprofessional, rude, and seems to be scamming people. Go elsewhere—there are far better people to work with.

This has been the worst experience ever been dealing with this for two weeks now talking to the property manager first was told we didn’t have to pay until after the application then something went wrong with the website where it took $159 from me and my spouse just for them to say they didn’t get it had to do it over then was told to hand in all types of forms which took a while Communication was not great just to be told she needed one more paystub and then was told that she didn’t know the moving price but said she did it’s like do you know or not was told me and my spouse would need 1295 apiece just to move in when she still wasn’t able to even get a paystub then said she didn’t know until she can get the paystub This was the worst I have never dealt with anything like this. I admit the property manager did try, but it seemed like she didn’t know everything was just so back-and-forth . And inaccurate So today I eventually just said I’m going to let it go. I hope no one else has to go through this especially when you’re so urgent to leave because your lease has ended in the current place you’re living.

Hi everyone I haven’t quite gotten into a home just yet but so far my experience with Leanna Carter and Cj Davis has been a breeze they are both sweet souls I appreciate their fast response time and how helpful and patient they were in helping with the application process and the complications (website error)with the viewing of the second home both homes were beautiful the first home was put in the market for sale so Leanna let me know immediately and refunded my application fee and then I fell in love with another property and we are moving through that process now

We are comfortable in this condominium home. The only reservation is that the refrigerator is not big enough for our needs. There is space for a larger unit, and we would like to discuss a solution for our cramped needs.
