Daniel recently helped us buy our house and sell our previous one. He was upfront with all his recomendations and they were spot on whiched helped in both buying and selling. My wife and I met Daniel at a random open house in 2019. We weren’t fully ready, but that didn’t stop Daniel from being very friendly and offering his services to us.

Time went on as we kept saving up. I also tried for this city loan program that Daniel didn’t know about but was willing to help me with the process. The loan was delayed then Covid happened so all that meant was just more time to save.

Daniel kept in contact the whole time and was very patient with us.

Finally in early 2021 we were ready to start viewing homes as we were ready. We set up tours and found a home to put an offer in. Knowing we were very new to this, Daniel literally went page by page and line by line to explain to us what all was on the offer packet. He gave us some example cover letters from other clients and was very communicative regarding what steps he was doing for us.

We lost that first offer, but we definitely weren’t disappointed since with Daniel’s help we gained more confidence for the next offer.

Daniel is very attentive to what we were looking for. And the Compass website for matches was really accurate and easy to use.

We finally got an offer accepted mid 2021 and Daniel was very helpful is getting the process through escrow. He definitely has a knack for getting the other side to do their job and is what makes Daniel awesome.
