I am very satisfied and pleased to say that Storage Sonoma is a worry, free facility for storing your belongings and knowing that your belongings are safe. The facility has a 24 hour security system with working cameras. It is the safest and most secure facility in Sonoma. The units are well kept up and clean. The facility is managed by Billy whom is very friendly and helpful in finding the right unit for you and is pleasant to speak with. Billy puts a lot of hard-work and care into the grounds. Making it A very clean and impressive facility.

Now this place is pretty big for the little amount of space they have. The manager there Billy is always there cleaning up something and is very friendly to chat with. A little pricy but what can you do but pay the rent! I am thankful cause they had a space when I really needed to store my stuff so thank you Billy, Erik

I've had storage there for yrs waiting for new, bigger place to move to. I was pretty sure that I had a stepping stool in my storage there which I did, but hadn't gotten it in the past because I'm not supposed to use one. Since I hadn't gone into it for a number of yrs & had hand surgery last yr I had a hard time with the lock & getting door up & then closing everything when I was done. I couldn't get lock in sliding mechanism & staff ,Corey, had gone home for the nite so I put the lock back on in such a manner that on quick look you couldn't tell it wasn't locked properly. I called & left message about what had happened & got a call back 1st thing in the AM. Corey said that she would turn one of the cameras on my unit & watch it till I could get back at the end of the day & then she fixed it for me but even she had a hard time with sliding mechanism & I suggested that they spray it with WD 40. Corey was a delight to deal with.
6/1/18 they increased their rent as of this month , with 1mo notice of increase of over $30/mo., with no discount for Senior citizens, most of whom are on fixed incomes, so how does this increase affect them....do they not get all their medications or go with less food. They didn't make any changes in their facility so in my opinion it's just greed.
