We are so happy that we made the choice to live at Lane Parke. Misty Ford has been so very helpful to us throughout the whole process. Allen Smith has also has been very fast to act if we had a problem. The entire community is very welcoming. We love being so close to shops, restaurants and the Botanical Gardens. It’s a fun place to live!!!

Misty and Allen been super helpful since joining Lane Parke! Misty is a great addition to the team (planning amazing events, leasing, and responsive to resolve any concerns). Allen is quick to address any maintenance concerns or issues and works to resolve the root of the problem. Kimberly, Kurt, Fred, Harold, and formerly Robin (office manager) have always been great! I've lived here for 4 years and love our community & staff.

I’ve enjoyed my experience at Lane Parke apartments so far. Misty and the management team are friendly and extremely helpful. The apartments are in a great location, and the team works hard to ensure a sense of community for the residents. Lane Parke is super convenient, has great amenities, and a friendly, responsive staff. Sure, there is some construction going on around the place, but it is easy to overlook because of the other positives. I plan to renew my lease.

I am super happy with my decision to make Lane Parke my new home! I have been very pleased with the style of home, the location of the home and the view from the home. I overlook the village view and it's great. I am perfectly located nearby to the shopping and dining and I and so excited for the supermarket to reopen. I enjoy the activities and the community as well as the neighborhood.
