Kim and her team are awesome. I've been there so long, and it is the best place to stay. It was so convenient being so close to work. It was so quiet, and peaceful. Having this location as a gated community made it even so much the best. I miss being here and being so close to work, but unfortunately and emergency happened in my life that i had to move. I'll tell you what though if i get a chance to move anywhere. Vista Bella will be the place for me. Vista Bella is truly a living sensation are to stay. I want to thank Kim and her team for making my home living the best ever.

Vista Bella has been my home since 2009. I love the quietness and that the staff has kept this place very clean. Kim, the manager, has been very professional and always on top of everything and Rafael, the maintenance manager has kept this place clean and operational. It is hard to find a nice, clean and affordable place in San Diego and this place in Vista Bella has been a blessing to me.

Vista Bella is an amazing place to live it is fully gated and the manager is amazing she cares about all her tenants she is the best manager I have ever had and this place is amazing and very quite. Everyone gets along and minds there own business as well. Good place to live I definitely recommend it

If you’d like to live here just know there are tweakers all along the front road and we could not sleep some nights because of the screams. The manager ignored us the entire last month we were there like we were no longer tenants. Someone parked in our spot and we emailed her about it and normally she would send out a message to the community but she never responded and when we would walk outside and see her in person she would walk away immediately. Also the big gated fence is not always closed and as a result here is a picture of crack found in the laundry room. We were also paying rent at $1100 a month and we got a notice that they were going to be raising the rent so we decided to leave and it was later listed at $1050 LESS then what we were originally paying. Lastly, the rates in which they charge for cleaning fees are outrageous and keep in mind we only lived there a year after it was newly remodeled and kept our apartment in great shape and we only got half our deposit back.

Worst experience ever!!!! I have not even move in the unit yet and the management was already threaten me of eviction and tried to hold my deposit. Anyone that looking to move in to this apartment make sure you read their lease contract first because whatever you see on the listing website is different when you sign in the lease. That Kim is not professional at all.

Love living here. So quiet and clean. Only been here a few month. Rafa the guy that cleans and I think fixes stuff, is always there. The manager is always smiling. Cant wait until its warm to go swimming.

HELLO IVE NOT LIVED AT VISTA BELLA BUT IVE SPOKEN TO KIM YESTERDAY ON PHONE IVE ALAO LOOKWD AT THE OUTSIDE OF THE APARTMENTS. I LIKE IT A LOT LOOKS LOVELY AND PEACEFUL AND KIM SOUNDS VERY NUCE AND RESPECTFUL AND I LIKES THAT. IM VERY INTERESTED IN RENTING THERE. SAYING A PRAYER. CAUSE ITS HARD FINDING NICE PLACES TO LIVE AND NICE PEOPLE THESE DAYS. GOD BLESS YOU KIM**😄
