RPM is a deplorable rental company. READ the reviews. After three days of intimately investigating my personal information and of course swiftly taking $200 application fees, I was denied. Their rental algorithm is not for the middle class American.

Okay, I understand standards are high but I felt compelled to seek clarity. I was denied due to poor rental history… I have 11years of never missing a month’s mortgage or rent. Albeit, I’m an honest and forthcoming person to be fair, I have been behind up to two weeks on some payments but never gone a month without payment.

There front office/leasing team were kind individuals. However the processing team and management did not have an ounce of decency to give a person five minutes of phone clarity. I am never looking for special treatment just common courtesy. My current rental company that offered the information of my 1-14day late payments also stated they would rent to me again in the survey sent to RPM. I reached out to my current rental company management to try and understand RPMs, simply stated they view me as satisfactory and offered 18-24month leases.
DO NOT waste any of your time or money on this rental company unless you are the most perfect human beings and are okay with being treated less than.

I had a great experience, applying for, renting and securing my home with Darwin. The process was smooth and easy all online, and the communication was fast and clear. I did wish I had known they approved another applicant on my home which I didn't find out until I received my approval letter that I was second in line and may have to possibly choose another home, but they were very communicative with me and worked through this process and I ultimately ended up with the home I wanted.

I worked with Real Property Management for a year before being relocated for family. I will say that the owners and staff are fantastic and truly care about their tenants & owners. Property Management is not an easy job or is it pretty when dealing with the general public. Most people are awesome, but the few that do not feel they are being treated fairly are normally the root cause, based on my experience. I will miss this company greatly!

The application process was pretty easy. I liked the fact that they make sure you can really afford the rent amount by checking with employers. After we were approved, Darwin was really nice and answered all our questions. Darwin did everything to accommodate us. I appreciate all the help as we navigated this move from Lubbock Texas to Greensboro MC. My family is grateful. Thank you again!!!!!

So this is the second property Management I've been working with. I just recently dealt with one that was very unprofessional and were trying to rent me a house that was not cleaned and fixed yet so I obviously did not move forward. Customer service is so important to me and if I don't feel comfortable then it's a no for me. I've been speaking with Darwin Salunga and Amber Jones and so far so good! A very professional staff. I just made my deposit without hesitation because the property I fell in love with was very nice and freshly cleaned. The only part was the small piece of lawn in the patio but I trust they will mow that for me before move-in as they do an inspection before the tenant moves in I believe. Darwin was very kind and made this process very smooth. This is my first time working with them and first impression is everything so God willing these next 12 months continue to be a good experience with them thank you RPM!
