Really good! Great, in fact. Rob & Elizabeth provided exactly the property management solution we sought when we had to rent out our Sonoma home due to a work relocation. AS MUCH or AS LITTLE as we need!!! We wanted to be able to manage as much as we could remotely (and keep as much profit as possible) but obviously need “boots on the ground” for emergencies & service calls. Rob handled an issue with ants quickly last weekend (bonus…the guests really liked him). Elizabeth is a master at maximizing the value of her service…we asked her to be at a security install and she offered to get a jump start on laundry and garage clean up while she was already there. She is also full of helpful insights. There are wonderful full-service property management companies available in the area (RGP does this too!) but if you need a more flexible solution where you do most of the driving, highly recommend RGP.
