Tonight I was driving down Skyland and began to experience what I knew was the beginning of a hypoglycemic spell. I pulled into the first parking lot I could find, which happened to be the strip mall that Patty Snell’s office is in. There was one parking place available directly in front of her door. I found my sugar tablets and just as I was starting to feel better I heard someone tapping on my side window. In today’s world I refused to roll down my window so the lady began to berate me for parking in “her reserved parking” and told me I needed to move immediately. I told her I would. Still regaining my faculties, I obviously didn’t move fast enough for her as she came back to my window screaming at me that I needed to roll down my window. I once again refused and she told me she had already told me to move and I had better move now. Frustrated with her entitled and unconcerned attitude I told her to call the cops if I was doing anything illegal. This could have been handled so differently. This mean spirited lady could have nicely informed me that I was parking in a reserved spot and asked me to move. If she had been less concerned about the parking place she feels so entitled to and more concerned about others, she would have seen that I was obviously not feeling well. I can’t imagine that I would ever want someone as hateful, rude, and arrogant as Patty Snell representing me by showing my home to potential buyers.

If you're a property owner, Patty really works for you. She does everything you ask to help ..I take back the above: she didn't show my property to prospective tenants so my house was vacant; she didn't bill Lauren Stroud & her roommate for the garage door they broke, & didn't inspect the he property til AFTER they left. It costs me $2450.00!!!
