I do not recommend. They will rip you off. Equipment quality is horrible!!! The right equipment would have only took 2 hours at most but it took 6 hours!!! Never again will I recommend!!! If only I could give no stars!!

Don't look anywhere else in the Muscle Shoals area for motorized equipment rentals. ERG has a very helpful, friendly staff, very reasonable rates, and local delivery/pick up. This will be my go-to from now on.

Booked trailer and was told afterwards the tire wasn't fixed first day. 2nd day was told all trailers booked. Dishonest & incompetent, I'll not use again.

Very disrespectful they act like they don't want to rent to individuals and they do not want you to use their equipment to prune your own trees their stuff is too high for somebody that's not rich they said so I will not recommend them

Horrible. Horrible customer service. I literally called just to get pricing for renting a excavator for a day and the lady was so rude I hung up. I have never in my life called a business politely asking about rates and been talked to so horribly. I will rent elsewhere.
