WE GOT SCAMMED BY PLAZA CLUB! This is exactly what you are reading. No, it was not someone pretending to work for them. We contacted the email on their website about apartments available in the beginning of July . On the same day a person named Mackenzie responded to us saying that there was an apartment becoming available in August, we decided to apply since our lease with another place would end on the 1st of August. We went in person to Plaza Club, and we gave our application + $ 180 in checks ( application + holding fee) to a person named Amber. She gave us 3-5 business days to check our application. It's being more than 1 month, and I have NO answer. Neither if we are eligible, nor about the return of my checks. After all we had to find another place, and asked many times for our money return. They do not answer us anymore. They just disappeared with our money.

I'm definitely not the type of person who leaves reviews, but in this case the disrespect was very big. This is inhumane. I am leaving this review, because I hope no one goes through that, especially when it comes to your future home.

If they do that with applicants imagine what they don't do with residents' money.

I lived there for many years and never had any problems. The staff is very friendly and the grounds are always clean. It is built on the old ag fields, so there is the occasional ant issue during the rainy season, but then so are the houses nearby. At least at Plaza there is pest control once a week. Ants are cool, but not in my living space. That pest control guy is a hero in my book. Also the complex is gated with friendly neighbors and is convenient in so many ways. The pool and amenities are great and the kids love the park. Half the shopping in town is less than a five minute walk away, but with all the trees, plants an flowers throughout the place you'd never know it. Plaza Club is a great place to live.

Unfortunately, it is horrible to live here. The outside of the premises are perfect, but when it comes to maintenance to our apartment, it's not satisfactory. There are ants EVERYEHERE! When this is mentioned to management, they send a gentleman that simply sprays your apartment, but the ants and bugs are inside the walls. Talk about being cheap! I believe I accomplish more by buying a can of raid, than have to wait an entire week for the fumigation guy.

We also pay for valet trash service that we haven't had for a few months. We received a letter from Management stating that the same day the letter was issued, we would no longer have someone pick up our trash and dump it for us, and that we would still have to pay the same! Not cool.

As you can see, I have not been satisfied with Management's poor performance, and it all started a few months ago. I do not recommend these apartments, as I see Management slowly deteriorate before my eyes. I can't wait to find out what other surprises are to come our way.

Have a safe search when it comes to apartments, I recommend you look past the fancy paint job and expensive rent, and look more towards how management treats you.

I live here now and this place is great but there always fireworks going off since I have moved at first o thought because I moved in, in July so I thought people are just finishing them off so I was like ehh but its all the time but I highly recommend staff are super nice and helpful especially this one grounds keeper he always talks to me he i just the best but 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Love it. Been here 2 years and have had nothing but the best experience. Amber, steve, and the rest of the staff are the best- couldn't ask for more. The only exception is I wish we can BBQ on our balcony. Outside amenities are on point, as well.

Plaza club is one of the most beautiful locations when it comes to apartment complexes, the fact that they have apartments that are luxurious yet affordable and close to many shopping centers and maintains a low level of crime inside it's location makes up everything that makes it one of the best!

Horrible place to live, manager doesn’t do her job right. You have to drive around even up to 1 hour to find a parking spot at 11pm. I hate this place.
