We never considered leaving San Diego and then a huge opportunity came along for us to reunite the family again far away from home and we jumped on it. We obviously wanted to enter a contract with whom we thought would provide the best opportunity to smoothly recognize our best return on our home investment and that was why we chose Matti Realty Group. After 3 weeks of our delays the San Diego market had taken quite a sales volume decline by the time we able to list. We were coached on how to prep our home for marked and Amanda Matti provided great art work and props to spice our home up. In addition an Absolute Top Notch promotional video production was made and posted on YouTube regarding our property. A whole afternoon was dedicated to this task by their very professional photographer/videographer and was masterfully edited causing a lot of online splash and excitement. The initial asking price was lower than reasonable BUT there was a method to all the “madness”. After just one weekend of showing the house, a bidding war erupted and the price rocketed up very nicely to beyond where we expected it to be. By Wednesday of the following week we were in escrow with Qualified Buyers. We had occupied the home for 25 years and as such, the move out was very comprehensive yet Amanda was magically able to negotiate a life-saving extended move out period that she knew that we would require without us needing to ask her. That worked out perfectly and our transition out was perfect.

Amazing team. Fadi and Amanda Matti helped me buy a house when I thought there was no way I could afford to own at this point.
