Fairchild has truly been an awesome management company. It's uncommon for people to review management companies unless they're mad, and a good review would have eased my concerns when I searched a couple of years ago, so I'm sharing my opinion.
I had the most pleasant experience with Fairchild's help finding me a property when I moved from over 2000 miles away. The leasing agents were extremely kind and pleasant. On move in day, I had an excellent key exchange and walk through. In the 2 years of living here, we've never had any issues of them being unreasonable or too "in our business" and yet they've always been reachable when we've needed them and even checked in on us when Monterey lost power. I highly recommend working with them and feel so thankful for such a great experience.
