My sister and I inherited a property in Monterey from our Father. Problem was there were multiple deceased people listed on title and several clouds that made the property seem almost impossible to sell. Not only that, the home had a lot of work that needed to be done before it could be sold and we do not live in the area. We had nearly given up when we contacted Zach Goldman. He jumped through all kinds of hoops for us. Looking up old records, title searches and was able to collect all the required information and documents and was also able to get the home cleaned up for us and sold for well above the asking price, For us he really was a savior and we can't possibly tell you how grateful we are for his help. He really knows the area and how to get things done...even the impossible.

We worked with Zach 3 times. Once while we rented when we moved into the area, second time when we were buying our first home and then again when it was time for us to move on.
