Apartment complex is so well maintained and attractive. Property management is so kind and prompt. I was able to get approved only one day after I applied, many units available. The apartment floor plan is so cute! I can't wait to move in. Also, they mentioned community days/events and vendors. The place is just really nice.

I’ve lived here for 3 years and this is the best apartment complex. Melinda and Breanna are the best! They are very clean and very nice on the inside and out and well taken care of. Never had an issue with neighbors, maintenance or with anything that needs to be fixed. Maintenance is always on top of things and fixes things right away when I call the office.

I moved here site unseen from Arizona last April. Melinda and Bre went above and beyond to make my transition to Alabama so easy. I would never have survived this move without these two.

The community itself is fantastic, well maintained and updated. The maintenance staff is very responsive and have resolved all my requests in a timely manner. I appreciate that they have an on-call for after hour assistance.
The community events that they hold every quarter have been well recieve by the other residents.
This is a wonderful place to call home.

My husband and I have lived here since 2017 and we love it. Our neighbors have become like family. We love the gatherings for the holidays Melinda and Brie do an awesome job putting them together. These ladies go above and beyond in their job.

These apartments are big. They are very clean. I sit with my grandson during day sometimes it is always very quiet. This place is like a community. Other renters I have met are very nice. Would highly recommend. Have pool area and it is nice! Last is there is a dog park.

The apartments are nice, but we were broken into twice. After our second break in and speaking with the apartment manager about how we no longer felt safe in our own home due to this we were told maybe we should reconsider who we hung around with! We left, kept up the rent, and moved in with my mother until we bought a home and the lease ended!

Management entered my home while I was out without my permission to paint the new doors they put in. How many other times has this happened? I have animals that like to run outside if you aren’t careful, so I don’t appreciate this. Nobody called to let me know that they would be there or I would have stayed home while the workers came by. Pretty upset and I will not be renewing my lease in March
