Our experience with the Legacy realty group has surpassed any expectations that we had. My husband and I were first time home buyers and were really looking for a realtor we could trust and who would really help us navigate this process. We couldn’t have made a better choice in trusting this team. They are great at communicating, so patient and always had an answer for us. Stephanie and Jen took me to tour all the homes and made sure to point out things we should be watching out for. They were very prepared and had a print out of every listing so that I could take notes of things I did/didn’t like. This really came in handy when it came down to choosing which house to put an offer in on. They were able to put in an offer on our favorite home that same day. Then the team at G2G financial went above what we knew was possible and with their knowledge we were able to qualify for more than what we expected. They made sure to educate us at every turn and really break down scenarios and numbers for us to understand what we could actually afford. We never felt like we didn’t know what was going on, instead we really had the best team in our corner. We were able to close with 15,000 in closing costs covered by the seller as well as 1 year worth of home warranty, a completely new kitchen with new appliances, and money in our pockets. The relationship also did not end at closing, our kitchen flooded a few weeks later and we called them before our own parents. They have continuously come in clutch and even as we are getting ready to do our taxes a year later, they have sent us an email with the documents we need attached. It’s little things like that, that really make me so grateful for having them in our lives. I will never stop singing their praises and highly recommend them to my own friends and family!
