When I decided to relocate to San Diego I thought I knew what I wanted. Michele showed me more than I could ever dream for! I didn't have a huge budget but she FOUGHT HARD to find me an amazing house. I stopped even checking Realtor because the houses she set up for me were always better than my ideas. I've purchased homes in several states and Michele is BY FAR the most knowledgeable of any realtor I've ever worked with. Her ideas at each location for maximizing value over time, negotiating with difficult sellers, and her creativity in helping me decide how to decorate made her "more than a realtor" and I am forever grateful for her helping me realize my own California Dream.

I can't recommend her high enough. BONUS is all her industry contacts. I was getting work completed on the house through her network of contractors while my neighbors were still waiting on quotes. My husband and I met Michele while out for dinner. She was having dinner with her family and my husband (Daryn) and I were seated next to them just by chance. Neither table paid much attention to each other until desert. We all started talking about the bread pudding we had ordered. That little conversation started us on a road with Michele to find our beautiful home in the Horizon Hills neighborhood of Mount Helix. We had just moved down from Northern California and we had a pretty tight time frame to find a home. We were looking though out the holidays and it was tough. We were out bid several times and I was loosing faith. Michele kept saying not to worry that we would find something in time. A few months had past and our hopes were low. But then... BAM, out of the blue Michele found our perfect home. Along our house hunting journey we became to know Michele and find her to be warm, caring and super fun, and have quickly become life long friends. It's funny how one chance encounter at dinner can change your life for the better. If you get a chance to work with Michele please do. You'll be treated with kindness and respect, and probably end up with a friend in the end.
