HARRASSMENTS AND INTENTIONAL DAMAGES TO MY PROPERTY CONTINUE. BBB REPORT FILED FOR STERLING PROPERTY MANAGEMENT INTENTIONALLY LEAVING HUGE TREE BRANCHES ENCROACHING ON TOP OF AND INTO MY CANOPIES AS BEFORE AND AFTER PICS ATTATCHED PROVE. A SMALL CLAIMS FILING WILL FOLLOW. THE TENANTS ILLEGAL ABUSE ALSO CONTINUE TO BE ALLOWED. THERE IS OBVIOUSLY A REASON STERLING PROPERTY MANAGEMENT PROPERTY ONLY HAS 1.9 STAR REVIEWS!! This company is allowing their tenant to harrass disabled neighbor since the day the neighbor moved in by putting a canopy on top of her canopy puncturing holes her canopy, kids spraying her service animal and her with some type liquid in a water gun, throwing rocks, toys, and trash over their fence into her patio hitting her service animal and destroying her property. Sterling ignores all emails to stop this harrassment and allows tenant to continue being a nuisance.

I have lived here (141 N Idaho St. La Habra) for almost a year, and the management does NOTHING. The resident managers allow people to use ALL THREE washers and dryers as if there isn't anyone else here. The resident manager lets her dog roam free on the property and poop everywhere, so others do, too. There is no air conditioning in these units (despite it costing $1550 a month for two bedrooms/one bath/no air conditioning). The pool is not regularly maintained, and often has no chlorine.

The supervising property managers aren't any better. When you call to complain, they just say, "if you are so unhappy, why don't you just move out"? Believe me, the minute I can afford to, I WILL.

Do Not Rent with this company or non of there apartments. Me and my Wife moved out April 30th left the apartment clean and no damages. I was supposed to get 800.00 dollars back and only recieved 155.00 with bogus charges that weren't accurate. Do not rent with these crooks. Riverroad apartments management is lazy and lie. You will repair your own problems.

This place is extremely cheep and they are very condescending. Dealing with the owners of the property we rented for 5 years was a nightmare. They don't care about anything except getting their rent. We had an issue with possums and one dying under out place, their response was to call their maintenance guy who of course didn't find the dead smelling animal. It wasn't until we brought in our own exterminator to check that we got to the bottom of the issue. How did Sterling deal with us by saying they wont pay for our exterminator because he is not on their approved vendor list. These Guys are the WORST.

95 -100 degrees INSIDE THE 2ND STORY APARTMENTS! If you see the Sterling Property Management sign, walk the other way! Do not bother. Danger! We recently reported these problems and two days later we're given a notice to get out in 60 days.
They specialize in old properties, make them over superficially, and don't address any of the real problems.

Unfortunately, I went through a very unpleasant situation. I had never received insults before, treating me as dishonest. You definitely don't need to work with people who humiliate you. thanks sue..olis corp.

They do not care about tenants, management is a joke, laughs at you if you ask for maintenance to be done, rude, if you email or call 9 out of 10 you won't get replied to or answered.
