I have leased for a long time and never have a came close to a leasing onsite manager like Sandy . She is very passionate, knowledgeable and dedicated to her job. She has made my transition for my family effortless due to her diligence and responsiveness to my questions and concerns . I’m excited for my move in but more importantly I’m excited to be apart of a community who is being lead by a manager like Sandy .

DO NOT RENT HERE!! We moved in February two years ago. Our washer has not worked and is leaking water into the walls and floor since then and gave false promises to come fix the issue but no resolve. THE KITCHEN LIGHT SCREEN FELL ON US MULTIPLE TIMES!!! God forbid if your sink or shower drain is clogged. They never repair anything just say they will. They don’t care about your living situation or health as mold can grow and will because its been two weeks and more water keeps creeping throughout the house...... Lawsuit in the works....

Where to start - maybe with the Apartment-wide KNOWN rat issue. We have brought the issue to management and even a year later and multiple documented requests, nothing has been fixed. There are spread out pictures in possession for validity. Thats just a start. They are extremely uncommunicative as you can request a simple update, and never get it. We can be told maintenance will assist 3 days in a row and not hear a peep from maintenance or management. This is often the case with any request . Also have documented proof of management losing our rent . After all these issues on Greystone/ Terre at E bradley’s side, they still do not care enough to even be communicative. If they have busy schedules and cant help, it wouldnt of been known because you wont hear from them. Theres that and the constant kids throwing footballs at your car or hitting it with a soccer ball daily. It’s due to the lack of a park area here, but it’s still an unfortunate risk on possession thats taken just by living here. This review is coming after 2+ years living here and just being tired of not being taken seriously or communicated with as a paying resident that has been put through enough.

The Manager Rana is absolutely Amazing. She always has a Smile on her face along with making sure any Maintenance issue that may arise is taken care of immediately. Miguel is awesome and always professional when completing work orders.
