My wife and I had been renting a property managed by The Brown Agency in Opelika for 3 years before buying our first home. We have rented properties all over the Auburn Opelika area since 2005 and i can honestly say that The Brown Agency is the BEST property managers we have ever had. The staff has always been very responsive to all of our maintenance requests and continually have gone out of their way to make sure we were happy tenants. They also were willing to work with us on just about anything we needed over the years and we could have not been happier! Thank you Brown Agency team for caring for us like we were family!

Absolutely horrific!! Selling agent never actually showed up to the property and skillfully avoided providing information that legally she is obligated to share. She also ignored my agent when asked questions. Buying your first home, while stressful, should not ever be a nightmare. So much was covered up just so she could get her commission. Don't ever use this group and if you're a home buyer don't buy from anyone representing this company!

Dishonest. They will lie, cheat, ignore local laws and codes. Anything to sell the house. Do not do business with these folks. Terrible experience. Stay far far away! These guys will sell you a house full of hidden damages and danger. Go elsewhere or go FSBO.
