Beware of this company. They are suing me for Breach of contract in the Superior Court of California (Orange County) after they STOLE $5,455.66 from me and told me to sue them for it. In my opinion this company very sloppy and a scam company, and evidently files lawsuits in bad faith.

We never even had a contract to be breached. They stole my deposit money, withdrew from the incorrect account, never had a valid invoice to even obtain a correct deposit amount from and now I have to hire an attorney in Orange County to defend me and my companies (in Florida). So not only will these guys just entirely steal from you, they will sue you afterwards.

Never received a single piece of equipment or financing period. I am simply out $5,455.66 from entertaining a few phone calls, email exchanges and now I have to accrue endless litigation expenses to not have a judgment filed against me in the state of California for an absolutely absurd amount.

It was an absolute pleasure working with AJ JAMSHIDI an Account Executive with Providence Capital to obtain our fully automatic electric cutter/creaser equipment. I worked with Danny Stewart at Providence to help secure financing for a few new mixers and labeling machine for my Italian ice business. The vendor we were buying from CVC tech referred me over to him and I couldn’t have been happier. Last time we went through this process we had a rough go and didn’t feel confident with the deal we got. This time we were able to get the financing secured within a few days and we had a lot of questions .. a lot... Danny was able to answer all of our questions and everything worked out great.
