We used Wendy as our realtor a few months ago. She promised a 5k credit to use her so we did. She has yet to pay us any credit and has excuses every time. We worked out an extension and now there are more excuses and now denies that it was ever an agreement when we have text message proof. I would not use her services again if she offers any credits.
