Although I don't live here, this complex still affects me. I live across the street and hate all the apt dwelling trash that comes out of it! Ghetto. Unless you're ghetto and have zero expectations for a better life, then by all means... they have/ had homeless living in the garages. Tenants know about it, and you know management knew about it. Then 14 garages caught fire, and people lost their cars and what they had stored. After reading the reviews by ACTUAL tenants, this fire shows the level of neglect for your safety and personal belongings. After you read my review, ask yourself: if other people read my review, then why would they still choose to live there? Because nowhere else will take them!

This place is like a third world country! Please come here at night. There are people living in garages and no maintenance man speaks English. I was told by Kayla that that was how it was. So I am supposed to open my door to a Mexican man that shows up and I can't talk to...absolutely horrible, plus there was a murder here a couple of months ago! DONT MOVE HERE UNLESS YOU ARE DESPERATE!

If I had a choice of 0 stars. I give this place 0 stars simply. For the fact that the management is irresponsible abusive. Retaliates against tiny, so don't live here. As guess she's inkkarutes with e expert. I don't she has favorited tissues. Whatever there is problems on the property. She will never show up, but she's quick to call the police. But when the police arrive, she would never confront the individual. She called the police against. Jason example, I'm here for 6 months on the list not knowing I was a subtle but she knew the whole time I was living here and allowed me to stay here. Now I really garage out for materik and she had an audacity to have my cell phone out of my garage that I rent from apartment twelve, now when they were towing my boat out, she ripped the bottom of the hole out. The boat, tore up the sides of the fiber glass and my boat and pulled the boat off the hissett was on so I can no longer put that boat on its hitch the boat waves 1000 pounds, it's not humanly possible and she doesn't care she called the police. But when the police came here to have me move my boat. I notified them that I live here I pay rent. Next on another occasion she had a vehicle towed specifically min This is not

Management seems exasperated addressing problems and problematic tenants in a more insistent manner, so their unproblematic tenants are leaving. The major problems are: loud music, fights, aggressive dogs barking, property damage, and roaches. Valor Property Management is trying to update the complex but having disrespectful tenants is not good for their properties value. This apartment complex can be a nice place to live, but problems are arising too often. There are few days where you might have peace and quiet. The continuous loud music and voices will make you feel stressed.

This place isn't as nice as it use to be. Last time I was there it seemed as if here were active gang members roaming the parking lots wheeling and dealing. Well that's ye vibe I definably got as soon as I pulled in to park.
Also there's no parking there but all these empty garages there

When you make the news because a fire. But your tenants say . All you do is show up to collect the rent, and they can’t wait to leave. . . Don’t retaliate on the tenant. Fix the problems.

It looks nice/decent, but in reality it's far from it. It's a shame that this place has the potential to have a nice community and be great, but so many hoodlums live here. I lived there for 6 months and my neighbors were constantly smoking weed and would scream and fight. The people at the office seemed nice, but I feel as if they lack initiative to clean up the complex from these people and have a decent living space. Also they have a terrible small roach problem and if you get a dowstairs unit and live down the slope you're going to have a terrible time when it rains. I would only recommend this place to someone that I hated, and even then I don't know if I could be so cruel.
