Dave and Kim were wonderful to work with. Their 30+ years in the realty business showed from the recommendations they made of work to do on the homes, open houses they held and the advice they gave concerning the many offers we received from the 2 homes they sold for us. They also gave 25% of their commission back to our school(their daughter graduated from our high school) to help us purchase a desperately needed van to transport students to games and school functions. That check was over $9,000! They are not only very experienced realtors but incredibly wonderful people with great hearts. Please mention Literacy First Charter Schools if you decide to use them. They are offering to continue to give 25% of every commission for a house bought or sold through them to help Literacy First purchase more vans. You won't regret using them!

Simply amazing!! The sale of our house of 20 years was unique and complicated. We had a severe case of ‘zombie debt’. Unfortunately the bank caused housing crisis of 2006ish forced us into bankruptcy. The court discharged our WAMU heloc for $85k, yet the lien remained.

Fast forward to 2018 and we had a buyer and we’re already in our new home when Chase decided to drag their feet in releasing any type of payout demand. This is where Kim and David jumped into action.

Their team of escrow officers, attorneys, etc. put the pressure on Chase and got the lien removed and the house was sold!!! Amazing job Norberg Group!!! Candace and I are eternally grateful for you guys going out of your way to make sure everything went as smooth as possible.

If this type of diligence and customer service were in every business the world would be a better place:)
