I usually do not write reviews of bad experiences but this one must not go unnoticed.
We applied for a property to lease. First,they took days to respond to our emails.
Then ,I paid a visit to their office and I was told I have a high chance of getting the house. Later I was told an Agent would call me . Gentleman didn’t call on the specified day. Later,I was informed he will call 2 days later. That didn’t happen either. So,I went to their office again just to be informed the house has been allocated to someone else.
Highly unprofessional & unreliable. INHUMAN !!

Absolutely the most professional property management company I’ve ever worked with. I’ve had Mike manage over five of my rental properties I have never Had a problem with a tenant or collecting rent. He’s always very responsive and one of the best communicators. I love how he has attention to detail and as matter fact, I should probably pay him more!

Very unprofessional group! I have called and left messages on many different phone numbers provided. I have emailed and requested to see a property for rent on their website! Crickets is what i have received in return! No one follows up on anything. Especially messages! Very rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend this company!

The lease agent was so rude. At first she asked for your credit score before you even spoke, then I asked her to wait for me to find that information, she hanged up on me without giving me any chance to say a word. Such a disgusting attitude. Not sure what gives her confidence that she thought herself was better than others. There are so many better companies and communities to live. Never seen a lease agent like her. She should not do this type of job. She destroyed business.

Mike and his team are the definition of professional! I recently consulted with Mike and the knowledge that he shared was above and beyond what I expected. Super transparent and helpful! We need more people like Mike in this industry that are willing to help and do not have the scarcity mindset! I attended two seminars with East Bay Property Management, I have to say I was very impressed with the level of knowledge, honesty, professionalism and experience of the presenters. Thank you guys for the great information. I like the methodology and the tremendous experience.
Being a landlord, I can relate so much to every single detail that was discussed. Trust me, these guys are the real deal. Although I'm not using PM right now ,I'm 100% sure in the future I will go with Mike and his team to manage my properties if and when I choose to use a PM.
They also offer great service for people who would like to relocate their low performing assets from the Bay Area to other parts of the US for much better cash flow.
