I stayed in 3 properties with this company. At first they was amazing it lately they are slow to respond to repair requests and I moved out the last property and they took almost half of my deposit saying I left the condo nasty and damaged blinds. I have no history of ever doing anything like that. I feel like I was taken advantage of. I spoke with the owner she said she would do one thing and did the total opposite. I would not recommend anyone due to that horrible experience. Don’t have a history of being late for rent or anything but they definitely played me for almost $500. The condo had to be cleaned when I moved in it was not spotless but they expected me to leave it spotless. I have videos and pictures but they can’t show me where they had 500 worth of cleaning. Charge for blinds that were damaged when I moved in. How would I damage blinds I don’t have small kids.

terrible, terrible! if I could rate them a 0 I would. they dont fix nothing!!! LITERALLY NOTHING but charge a fee for every little thing! charges you late fee's more than the rent is, and will continue to add onto it everyday. this is the only rental estate I've ever rented from or known that add late fees everyday! 0/10 dont recommend unless your desperate.

I have been renting from Holloway and Associates going on 4 years. From the beginning of going through the process to get a rental all the way from another state they were helpful. Every time I have issues they always make sure things are taken care of in a timely manner. I have only had to deal with Karnice a couple of times and each time she was friendly and very respectful. I would say if you are looking for a rental give them a try.

I rented a home through Holloway and Associates for five years. I can say that honestly it was a very good experience overall! As with any older house there were some problems with it that were dealt with VERY quickly - some shingles blew off in a bad storm and the next day there was a tarp on it, and within a week or two new shingles. The AC went out three times and each time it was fixed within a few days at the most. They handled any repairs so I never had to be there to let anybody in or out and thus miss work. Holloway and Associates was organized and timely when it came to paperwork. I used the online portal for paying rent at the end though in the beginning I paid at the office, getting to know the friendly front desk staff who even fed me at their Christmas party one year when I was dropping off rent. The reason I moved was due to the home owner deciding to sell - I was given advance notice and they worked with me through the exit process. I never paid rent late once and left the house clean. I got my full deposit back. Having been at the new house about two months and adjusting to my new leasing company I will say that I really miss Karnice and her staff and wish I would have rented from them again!

Holloway and Associates have been managing my rental property for several years and I've found Karnice to be very professional and helpful. As an out of state owner, she has relieved me of the headache of collecting rent, taking care of repairs and handling any other situations that require attention. In addition, I receive my rent in a timely manner and she always returns my calls. She was recommended to me and was a godsend at the time - still is. I truly value her service, advice and suggestions and highly recommend her as a Property Manager.

Leasing our property through Holloway & Associates has been easy, affordable, and completely stress-free. This group handles absolutely everything and charges one flat percentage off the top. They are always quick to respond to calls or texts, never taking longer than a day to get in touch. They know what they're doing and they handle everything with professionalism and a personal touch. They even do in-person biannual inspections of the properties. You'll be hard pressed to find a more dedicated, full service group to handle your home.
