I am not sure why anybody has a problem with this company. We love working with Sharon and Nallely. If any issues arise, they are so quick to respond. Their app to pay the lease and lodge maintenance requests is quick and easy. Just a great company to work with!

As a past member of the Los Angeles chapter of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), I believe I have a pretty good idea of what good property management practices are...and based on that experience and my personal dealings with Desert Dunes Property Management and it's owner, Sharon Lucas...I'd have to say that I have never experienced a more unprofessional company and/or individual in this or any industry. Ultimately I believe having this business associated with your property, in any form, is more of a liability than an asset. The volume of negative reviews should be a red flag to anyone...steer clear!

Don't even waste your time calling! Sharon Lucas and desert dunes realty are very rude. I called and said I was interested in looking at a property I saw online. The assistant that answered didn't even let me finish my sentence and started telling me her script as if I was inconveniencing her and I told her I didn't even tell you the property yet and was told it might not be ours, where did I get your number then. Then I was graced with the presence of Sharon Lucas on the phone and I told her that they were very rude in the way they handle their calls and she told me the people that don't like me I evict. I thought the leasing company I had now was bad, Sharon make them seem like the best. Sharon Lucas is a horrible agent and a disgusting discriminative human being.

Horrible service...we had some questions about a property listed 1 day ago, and Sharon Lucas would not even answer questions about it until she saw our credit scores and income! ( we make more than enough and our scores are awesome) She was so dismissive and nasty. Do not work with her!!!!

Everyone at Desert Dunes Realty is so helpful. The have helped take the headache out of finding tenants for me, which I was not doing very well on my own... They do vet them so I have no worries when they say they have a tenant for me... If there are problems, they are right there to help me out every step of the way. Their maintenance people are professional and helpful too.

Called about a 1 bedroom for me and my daughter.. Sharon Lucas said but it's just a 1 bedroom! ?.. Ok very Discriminate. Rude. Did not allow me to rent because I currently live with a parent.. horrible experience ever. I've been renting since I was 18 . This was the worst push away EVER.

Sharon Lucas will discriminate and push away after collecting money then you have to pull teeth just to get it back. This woman will try to make you feel like trash cause you’re looking for a place to live. Save yourself the trouble and hassle go somewhere else.
