I knew Chapel Lakes had an awesome reputation even before I moved in. I’ve been here since February and it’s been the best experience! Props to the service team especially. They are speedy, kind, courteous, and professional. They communicate well and take care of their residents. Thanks so much for making this a wonderful place to call home!

I have been here a year now, and am very happy I found this place thru the internet. I have moved here from Missouri and Tiffany and Angela were very helpful with all the paperwork crossing over from different states. I t was a very easy transition due to their expertise! My apartment is very pretty and so clean!! I have had a few repairs and within 24 hrs were fixed. Brien and Ben are the best maintenance I have ever seen. I have rented several times! Tiffany makes this place very enjoyable and nice. Tiffany is hands on and takes ownership in keeping this apartment complex very pretty, makes notice of any repairs needed. I feel very safe here with Tiffany at the helm. She has rules and she follows them and does not allow others to not also follow them!!!!! I will always recommend this place! Big thank you to Tiffany, Angela, Brien and Ben making this place a 5 star home!!!!!!! with also a beautiful pool, resort style.

All my experiences with Chapel Lakes have been very positive. From my first visit, through move in, and being here for 7 months. Angela and Tiffany have been extremely professional and prompt responding to any situation.

As an add on the apartments do need updating on the inside for the price your having to pay. The parking can be challenging specially in the far back of the complex but still a very nice place. The outside appearance is extremely nice.

The ladies in the front office are amazing. They do everything they can to make sure we are happy. The maintenance men are really nice. I don't like corporate though. They are cheap and raising rent costs every renewal even when some apartments are not getting the same upgrades. The office made a list of all of my complaints and they are working to get it fixed.

This place is outdated and appliances are falling apart. We just now got a new microwave after several work orders put in to fix it only for it to break again. The same thing is happening with our oven and dishwasher. We pay almost 1300 a month for our 3 bedroom apartment and that cost is not worth this place. The only positive is you do have nice square footage but that is it. Oh and for living here 5 years and always on time with our rent and this past month we were late one day due to the confusion on the website portal pay, (not our fault), and they charge you an extra $140 late fee on top on your rent. There is no grace period or discounts for even one of the most loyal customers in the area. The ancillary charges are $200 dollars and half the time the gym has been closed and can't be used. The pool stays gross a lot of the time. When our lease is up we will be sure to move out of here. The owners are money stingy and could care less about their clients much less the conditions in which they live in. On a positive note the office staff is wonderful, friendly, and tries their best to serve the clients needs, but ultimately they can only do so much because the company itself calls the shots. It is a corrupt company.

What you should understand about Chapel Lakes Apartments.
The ground under these apartments aren't stable.
If you rent an upstairs apartment there expect your rooms to be sloped.
View the open field behind the apartments there will be a huge muddy area or
a pool of water indicating a soft ground.
You matter, be safe.
