My family and I have been a tenants at these apartments for almost 9 years now. These management is amazing and the complex is beautiful. I love the neighbors here and the managers are so friendly. Anytime we have issues in the apartment, management quickly responds and gets on it. I could not be more satisfied with my stay.

The apartments are very nice and in a very good neighborhood in a nice area, but the management there is very terrible and unprofessional. I have been living there for 6 years. The manager is very rude and unprofessional in the way she handles situations. Anything they fix within the complex or apartment isn't new they use old or reused items. I love the apartment itself, but it needs better management. They have preferences and are unfair to tenants who they don't like or have disagreements with, which is very unfair.

Absolutely love it here. Been at PLM GDN for 15 years. It's peaceful n quiet. The job manager does n caring for grounds appearance is excellent. She ensures that maintenance issues r done in timely manner, laundry room is always nice and clean. The manager here is always very friendly, kind, professional and always goes above n beyond to take care of her tenants. I will never regret the decision i made 15 years ago 2 make Plm Garden my home.

Terrible management! They are scammers and very rude people. They don't know how to manage the place and are very unfair to their tenants. Whoever needs the LLC number I have it if anyone needs it I'll gladly give it to you because we need better management! I love these apartments and the neighbors but unfortunately the management is terrible.

Wow I love my New home!!, it's super quiet at this property and always clean. The management staff on site do a really excellent job in caring for the grounds and appearance of this property. The manager Lorraine and her assistant Claudia were extremely helpful with my transition into my new home. They were with me throughout the whole move in process and even offered to loan me a dolly when moving in my furniture. I had it for two days and they never once worried me about returning it. I just thought that was such a wonderful gesture, and yes I returned dolly after I was all moved in. I can't say enough good things about the management staff, Lorraine does a really good job...very helpful and always available. I have had a few items needing repair in my apartment, they were really fast and efficient in addressing all my needs, and tried to keep me as a tenant very happy. I have read some of the other reviews on here and completely disagree, but I guess to each his own when it comes to personal experience and every situation always has two sides to consider. As for myself I can say nothing but good things, good vibes for all management staff and the property.

Terrible management. Lived there for 9 years and the maintenance people did not do their job. I had an exposed sprinkler above my room, for 5 years. We put work orders in for it to be fixed after a leak from the AC destroyed my wall, posters and ceiling. They never fixed the sprinkler cover or the wall. I had to repair the wall myself. We had power outlets that were faulty and after putting work orders in, they never showed up to fix them. The gate doorknobs are always broken and the mailbox gate kn the west side of the building, does not open with the original key, so be sure to have a copy.

Their 2 week policy for parking a car in the parking lot is a joke. They gave me a 2 week notice or my car would be towed, after sitting for a week. There were multiple neighbors who left their cars for months in the same spot, as you could tell by the dirt caked on their windshields and flat tires, or dead batteries that I witnessed them trying to charge, but never got the car to run.

I had to change a flat tire on my vehicle, that would not move out of the parking lot, if pushed and they were upset that I changed it in the parking lot.
