Tracey Brewington definitely sits with the top in this category as a Full Service Property Management Company and Manager.

As a current property owner, and a past renter, understanding the rental process is important.

Her attention to detail, listening and communicating in a timely manner as she is applying the Alaska Statutes shows honesty and integrity. Tracey’s respect for her clients and tenants, with exceptional personal skills makes her a true professional.

Tracey’s enthusiasm and passion for work are inspiring! Why There are times, when the going gets tough, this applies to the one moving out - moving in. By following a documented move out process provides for the next tenant a healthy and safe place to call home/rent. Let us not forget, setting up the new lease, supporting the tenants with maintenance needs, contacts contractors personally, scheduling, meeting deadlines, is a skill she has honed and it shows!

Through the course of a day, Tracey continues to keep calm, and focuses on solutions as she works within the guidelines for each tenant.

I personally admire that she applies and stays current with changes in the Alaska Statutes, her continued training and the desire to apply the ever changing technical side of the business.

I offer my highest recommendation.

I don't even know where to begin.... We were 7 days away from becoming homeless... After weeks of submitting application after application we were losing hope. Despite having great jobs and zero debt we were denied every time. These days the majority of applications are filed online by a 3rd party who scores applicants based on credit. We had no credit because our jobs makes us the kind of money where we don't need credit. Rather than judge us on a score that requires debt to tabulate, Tracy actually called our references. Within days we were approved and signing a lease. Words can not express how great full we are for Tracy doing the work rather than going off a computer generated scoring system to help us get into a home. From start to finish Tracy and her team were absolutely wonderful to work with. If you're in a similar situation I highly recommend heading over to Jack White realty to see if they can help you as well. The market is insane and rather than being treated like a number she made us feel like people. Great communication, great service, great people. Absolutely how a business should be ran. Thank you so much!

We applied for a pet friendly home the ad had paw prints on it we made sure of it. went to see the house and paid the application fee per person. She calls back and says no pets then tells us we have an unpaid medical bill from 2019 which is from my fiancé's accident that workers comp is covering. We feel like we got ripped off for the "background check" they found nothing but a medical bill that's already being taken care of and suddenly no pets allowed on a pet friendly ad?

Tracy was ok I'm the beginning, she is very disorganized, after 3weeks of communication due toa rental history he claimed to not know me even though she would text me and leave voice mails, she has stood me up 4 times where I've driven over 8hours and 400+ miles for her to not show or at the very least pick up the phone, I've made many appointments with her to get no answer then was finally told I wasn't a priority of hers which apparently is enough justification to waste your time, she does not care even left me in meadow lakes for 40min to find out she left. When I confronted her about it she denied it and hung up. I do not advice working with her, she also admits she doesn't read emails or text cause she's so "busy" I promise if you make an appointment with her she will see anyone else who shows up before you no matter the distance you drove or proper planning with her, shes only interested in filling quotas and if your time is wasted then so be it that's what working with Tracy brewington is like. Sad thing is I never dropped names at the U-Haul storage unit and the manager and employees have heard of her and said this isn't the first time they heard about this from her. It's unfortunately an outstanding reputation of hers.

I lived in the community located off of Trennie Loop in Palmer. When I moved out I used her carpet cleaning company recommendation. We did the walk through and Tracey and I signed off. With no notice she had the carpet cleaner's back. Next she says the carpet needed spots replaced. Mind you this is after Tracey herself walked through the entire place. I stand to lose a $1500 dollar deposit. What was the point of doing the walk through saying all was well then going back on the contract. I mean it is a legal document the walk through signing. VERY SHADY!!!!

Tracey Brewington is an amazing person and great property manager. She is a very fair and compassionate person to both owners and tenants. She takes care of all maintenance as soon as it comes in. She reviews all aspects of an application to make an informed decision on who she puts in units, especially the multi-plexes with children. Just an all around wonderful person to know and trust.

The only positive statement I can make is that they kept in touch on the day of our "showing" and were there on time. It's all down-hill from there. First, the gentleman who was supposed to be showing us the rental property did not introduce himself, and was extremely cold and unfriendly throughout the tour. The previous renter was at the property during the showing (AWKWARD) and snidely informed us that no shoes were allowed to be worn in the home. Then the property management guy told us we needed to sign paperwork acknowledging that he represents the owner and not us...clearly this is standard protocol but again, he was completely cold and unfriendly about it. Then the "showing" officially began. Really it wasn't a showing at all...as it consisted of the guy following my husband and me around the house acting like he thought we were going to steal something, and each time I asked a question about the property he quickly remarked, "I don't know. You'll have to ask Tracy." I mean he knew absolutely NOTHING about the property, even basic info like "how big is the property" and "is this house on septic or sewer?" He even acted like I was annoying for asking questions. This was a very nice house, and we might have considered renting it if not for the RIDICULOUS treatment we received from this property management company. If you are a home-owner looking for someone to manage your rental, you'd probably be better off hiring a Starbucks coffee barista instead of these people. At least then your potential tenants might get decent customer service.

Beware of Ms. Tracey Brewington. We rented two houses through them for a total of four years. We were the best of tenants and kept the homes very clean and beautifully decorated. We accommodated them when they needed to show the house in an attempt to sell, as one of them was still of the market when we rented it. We would have the house spotless and looking like a show-home on very short notice for their showings. We moved out this fall from the 2nd of the houses we rented. With no notice whatsoever, she decided to keep nearly a thousand dollars of our security deposit, stating that the home was "not clean or emptied". We have photos of the home after we vacated it and cleaned it for two days, and it looks perfect! It certainly looks better than when we moved into it! There was no attempt to discuss any problems they may have had with us, only the notice in the mail that we would not be receiving our nearly two thousand dollar security deposit back. I am considering taking them to court, because we clearly have evidence that the house was in perfect condition when we left. Beware!!! It smacks of very bad business practices, and unfair treatment to say the least! They have not heard the last of me on the matter. Better to take your business elsewhere. Do not deal with Tracey Brewington. Run!!!
