I live out of state and needed a property manager. Through the wonders of the internet (and yelp) they helped me find Robert at Legends. I am very happy! I have now been with Robert/Legends several years and the service I have received is wonderful. He communicates regularly, is quick to take care of tenant issues, has a good network of handyman/vendors, and a down to earth common sense approach to managing properties. He even went to court with me to help settle a landlord/tenant dispute and I cannot thank him enough for his attention to detail and treating our property as if it is his own. All of this for a reasonable fee. Keep it up Robert/Legends!

From a Tenets Perspective:
We had a very positive experience with Legends Property Management. They use a Portal for commications and to pay rent. It is the easiest most efficient system I’ve ever used. These guys have their act together! They were the most responsive property managers I’ve every dealt with in my life. The property was in perfect condition and when repairs needed to be completed we rarely waited longer than one day and most of the time we had someone out the same day. There isn’t any company in this business that responds quicker. We spend 4 years at one of their properties in Irvine and they were a pleasure to work with throughout those 4 years. From move in to move out they were on the ball. I can’t say enough how fortunate you will be to have them as your property manager. I wish they had the business in the new place we leased. You really don’t appreciate how awesome Legends is until you deal with another company. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. Highly recommended this company. Robert B is the best in the industry bar none!!!!!

Legends has done a great job of managing my rental property. Communication is good and updates and reports are easy to access online via the Owner and Tenant Portals. Robert has connections to excellent maintenance and repair providers. He has marketed the property effectively.

The team at Legends Property Management was outstanding during the time we worked together (2012-2017). As an owner, renting out a house can come with its difficulties, but Legends handled all issues from finding a qualified tenant, collecting rent, maintenance issues and Robert was responsive whenever I had any questions. If I were to rent out my house again, I would use Legends.
