DO NOT MOVE HERE unless you want your vehicle broken into, personal belongings taken, packages stolen from mailroom, horrible management relations and poor tenant service. Management never responds to your requests and if they do it’s weeks later.

There’s no security cameras surrounding this building so you are bound to get hurt, your items taken from you or your vehicle broken into.

This building received over $75 MILLION but lack security protection for its tenants and tenants belongings and a property management team that can effectively deal with tenants/tenant issues correctly.

Legally I am not sure how this building is still accepting tenants without fixing its internal issues. Feel free to take a look at all the past reviews they are similar.

The State of Connecticut has been notified and I hope something changes because this is poor poor poor tenant conditions.

The place and the administration are trash. The new manager have a nasty and disgusting actitud. They deceived a lot of families encouraging people to not pay rent to get the unite government help to then evict the families with there lawyer and obligating people to over pay for there mistakes. The building smell like trash, the elevators don’t work for weeks. People with pets don’t pick up after. Ernesto have personal relationships with the tenants females. It is a horrible place to be in. Do not live there. It’s a scam and not forgetting the vandalism around there and the administration is not responsible for nothing. I’m suit this place for endangered and poor administration.

Rented here for over a year and had to leave! Building was "new" with so many issues from plumbing, flooring and ceiling. No assigned parking as promised and getting in contact with someone from the leasing office was practically impossible. My laundry was stolen, noone got back to me. My vehicle was hit from someone trying to park or maneuver out, noone responded to my complaint. They began construction on the hallways without notice, the contractors walking around with respirators on and the tenants walking around breathing whatever maskless. Worst renting experience!

Aesthetically pleasing, but so many issues.. one inconvenience after another, and leasing office staff needs improvement. Wondering how in the world they passed inspection? Also, there are 0 consequences in regards to nuisance for tenants in clear violation of the lease contract.

I faxed my application in the night of oct 26. On Thursday Nov 19 I received a call and email that I was approved and notified that my move in date will be Nov 30. Throughout the process (before i was appraised) they were VERY timely in response times via emails with any questions that I’ve had. Thanks Heather, Angelina and Carlos 🙂

Horrible customer service these people never answer nor call back.
The parking is very limited, and the neighborhood is not good at all; there located near the hollow which isn’t a safe area in Bridgeport.
