Luis was kind enough to not waste my time, but they came in with an offer 100k under market -- insulting, honestly, for a 25-year-old condo in great condition in a good neighborhood. I don't know how they manage to make any property purchases. I ended up selling to Opendoor for 220k.

DO NOT RENT THROUGH THIS COMPANY, I never leave reviews at all, but this is my first because this company is just greedy and unfair. my wife and I have been renting a property from them four years. it seems like they went through different managements but for sure our property went though a few different property managers. We would often email and call with little/late or no response, it just took them a long time to fix/repair things at most times. But everything was pretty chill until we had to move and this was the reason why I had to write this review.when it was finally time for us to leave, they sent us a list of things to do to make sure we get our full deposit back. Me and my wife paid a professional cleaning company to make sure everything was spotless. But we really left that place even better when we first moved. Like we even fixed the wear and tear inside and outside of the house, cleaned after the cleaning company, To make sure things were really spotless. The day of the inspection, The lady who is also the receptionist, got the keys and had me sign some papers and didn’t really do a thorough inspection with me and said it smells clean in here and your deposit will be sent to you in 30 days and said That was it And I could leave. I left and went in my car and then I saw her leave right away, Like I thought she supposed to walk me through The house and see what was wrong or not? I thought that was the point of an inspection?. We got our deposit in the mail after 30 days with $185 taken out for “interior cleaning” So I sent an email and called and asked why was it taken out? after everything was clean and spotless the receptionist (who was also the one who “inspected” the house that day) answered my call and said “ We sent you an email Of pictures that had to be cleaned” (Which I never got the email of the photos) And she told me “ We had to send a cleaning company to clean up the dusty door knobs, And wipe the sliding doors, And dirty outlet wall covers, and $185 actually isn’t that bad,” and “ You can ask and call the cleaning company and ask for a credit yourself” But I felt like she was just making things up along the way to justify to take out $185 out of the deposit. At the end of the day, even though we went above and beyond, we just went back-and-forth on the phone there was nothing we could do but to leave a review about the experience, cause I’m clearly not getting my money back, hopefully this doesn’t happen to anyone else or don’t get your expectations up with this company on getting your fault deposit back no matter how clean the property is.

Horrible business, Do Not Use.

my experience is like so many stated below..

1.Went through "my agent" to apply..
2.Paid the application fee's x's 2 people.
.. 3. Didn't hear back for over a week; To which I started calling once a day while at work, for another week.
*No answer, straight to automated Voicemail with 3 simple short options.
4. Eventually found 1 ext that allowed me to leave a message, No Reply.
5. Asked "my agent" to get involved in any way she could to get a reply.
6. She eventually got ahold of "James", to which he gave a vague answer about my background and that something would be in the mail.
*Note; I have 700+ credit score, my lady's is decent too.
My background is fine, so is hers.
7. Of course I/ We Never received Anything in the mail to any effect.

SILVER State are Scam Artists
This business should be fined, sued and shut down.
I will be reporting this entire fraudulent experience with the BBB and any other local government body I can that might hold your office accountable.

Overall, not the best experience.
A few positives: the maintenance requests were mostly handled quickly and the maintenance technician was great. That being said - some maintenance issues (including home amenities like programmable door lock) never got resolved and some did take awhile to get a technician sent out. The house itself and location of the home were great!
Negative experiences: I wouldn’t expect your deposit back even if you left your dwelling in great condition, had professional cleaning, etc. We never received gate codes from SSR&I causing us to get locked out of our community or unable to use paths to parks/pool when routine code changes were made. No updates on HOA policies and rules were provided. SSR&I sold our rental property while we were living there and requested that we leave even though our lease was not complete or violated. There were times when we were unable to reach anyone at the SSR&I offices for >1 week. Steep rent increases.
We loved our home but did not have a good experience with this leasing company.

2 stars from a current tenants
Be prepared to pay SOOOOOOO many fees. Seriously. We signed our lease in January. Asked HUNDREDS of times to change our due date from the 1st of the month to the 5th. Not a horrendous change right? NOPE. They DO NOT CARE about you and your ability to pay. They care about money. Greedy. There was supposedly a "grace period" when we first signed our lease that would let you go all the way to the third of the month. Which my husband and I probably took more advantage of than anyone due to our disabled grandma living with us and being on a fixed income that was deposited the 4th of the month. We struggled EVERY month and tried to make it work. Were we perfect? No. In the middle of the year they sent out a poorly written memo telling us of new changes to the policy. It was not dated, and was EXTREMELY confusing. I even had my manager (who builds homes, deals in contracts all day long, and knows A LOT about the housing market) read it and he said it was HORRIBLY confusing. To us it stated that if anyone signed a lease after July 1st, 2019 they would be subject to late fees, and an eviction fee if their rent was even 1 day late!! Get this - THIS COMPANY IS CHARGING YOU $500 because they MIGHT evict you. Not because they did file for it.. No no no.. BECAUSE THEY MIGHT! (When your late even 1 day they send out a 5/7 day notice, once the 5/7 day notice is up, then they file for an eviction) There is no lenience no help, no working with you. No. THEY DONT CARE!
The hot water in our upstairs bathroom in the hallway doesnt work, the knob to turn the water hot turns off the water when you try and turn the water to the maximum hot setting our fridge was broken when we first moved in and we lost 100's of dollars in food, then our washer broke in July and it took them 3 months to get us a refurbished piece of garbage that broke a week later (i had welts on my hands from washing laundry by hand (see pic)). When we toured the home the front door trim was broken off in several places (as if someone had tried to break into the property or the police had to break in!!) The yard was a wreck, we were told it would be fixed. It isnt and hasnt ever been.
We have scorpions (see pic), and it took them 4 days to get a pest control company out after finding one in my kitchen. They treated me like a kid for wanting the service done immediately. Oh and they wont help you or pay for pest control. Get that.. No figure it out on your own.
The people in the office NEVER answer their phone. Im serious. You can call on multiple phones and still wont get through.
We went in to pay our rent and were told there was nothing to worry about when it came to resigning our lease - WRONG, our lease is up in december and we received a 30 day notice!! So now we have to find a new place to live after being told it was no worry.
This place is more hassle than it is worth. I give 2 stars because they worked with us and gave us a place to live when no one else would. Seriously, If you have credit and good background - go somewhere else. They will nickel and dime the hell out of you leaving you broken and confused. My mom used to work here and I never expected them to treat a family member of one of their employees like this. (my mom was on good terms and working with this company when she passed away - just an FYI, she didnt leave or get fired).
Please, hear me as a tenant of one of their properties. We have not even been in this home a year. My husband, grandma and I are good people, we arent perfect but we kept good communication with SSRI, asked them to help us get to a place where our rent was not late all the time by changing our due date. We have done more than a little repairing of the home, and more than enough dealing with the problems that come with their refusal to help. Again, if you want someone who will treat you and your family with a little respect and decency, then leave and go somewhere else. If you enjoy fees, and constantly having things changed and no help, then feel free. But as a tenant, I warn everyone.

Everyone I have met here has been really nice. The work orders I requested have gotten done pretty quickly, other places I’ve been a resident at, I’ve waited a long time. Thank you to everyone here for always being on top of everything and being kind.

We rented a house from Silver State Realty in West Summerlin mid December and Damon is our property manager. So far we have had nothing but a positive experience with both Damon and the company.

Being new to the US Damon took time to talk us through a few questions we had with the lease, was fair with regards to a security deposit amount given our lack of credit history and processed everything super quickly so we could move in prior to Christmas.

There was some confusion about appliances being included when we leased the property and Damon instantly resolved this and had appliances delivered to the property within 48 hours.

So far our experience with this company has been very professional so hopefully it will continue throughout our tenancy and when it comes to the end of lease process.
