Brad Livingston was our agent and he was AMAZING to work with. Very professional and a great agent all around. He communicated with us regularly on updates and was always available for us to contact. Any questions we had he quickly looked into and addressed. We got the house of our dreams too! As a closing gift he even gave us a beautiful hand made cutting board with various woods pressed together that he made himself, so impressive!

We loved working with Betsy for the closing of our first home buy. I believe our process was a unique experience with unforeseen obstacles and we felt at ease and reassured on the deal. The only feedback we have would be as first time buyers (specifically in Alaska) we are new to water symptoms , well supply , and basic knowledge of the symptoms in place to keep your home efficient and orderly. We would have pushed for additional water testing and confirmation that the water softener symptoms etc were indeed working . That was an expensive unexpected purchase after closing on our home. We would love to work with Betsy again in the future.

Moved to Fairbanks, Alaska without an idea of what to expect and look for in a house and Betsy went above and beyond. I was not able to view the property in person so she took matters into her own hands to go in depth with the inspector, investigate underlying issues that may exist and even assisted in the buying process that was way beyond her scope of work to ensure my first time in this state and buying a home in it for that matter, was a well worth it investment. She made life easy on all fronts, was extremely responsive and didn’t turn away any of my questions regarding the house, financing, expectations for living in Alaska, and maintaining of tight timelines. I will close with this that the sellers during my experience were extremely complicated to work with but i am 100% certain I would have had a worse time with anyone else.

Betsy is amazing!! She helped us find the perfect house while we were living over 3 thousand miles away.
