Appalling service unless it's a dire emergency. It's a miracle if you get a return call. The customer is left feeling like an inconvenience vs. a valued client.

However, that is not true for Stacey - she is incredibly on top of things, level headed and works extremely well with customers to hear and solve their problems. She gets back to you immediately and gives encouraging follow up messages. I give her 5 stars!

Horrible service ,attempted to reach Greg for multiple weeks after I was told I qualified for the rental I applied for ,never heard back ,bugged him and he told me it would help if my wife applied too so spent another 30 for her to do so ,she also qualified and now my phone calls or texts won’t be answered ,slum lords
