Emily is useless, Robert the owner thinks he can scream at whoever he wants and expects owners not to yell back at him. He didn't like when I gave him the same energy he gave me! They have no clue what is going on. Obviously their ratings speaks volumes, and if the owners of our property weren't so cheap they would have picked a better property management company! Know wonder an employee left and started their own company with their clients! They think they can come in change what is on owners contracts, no knowledge of plow cycles, they do not ever call or email back when emergencies happen. Took 3 emails to get a response for a main line sewage leak which should have been responded to within the hour not 3 days later! Steer clear of this company! So many better property management companies out there! Robert is a liar, I have never spoken to him prior to him yelling at me today. All my conversations have always kept to an email for this reason and paper trail of their incompetence. We have contracts that Blizzard must adhere to since taking on this property and all owners see the lack of an actual property management company. Our community has never had so many complaints about this company!

I own a condo in Mammoth Lakes, and I was tired of renting it on a short-term basis. I knew I wasn't going up there from Los Angeles for the next year so renting it long-term seemed to be the way to go. My realtor suggested Blizzard Property Management. I assumed very much like most things in life, my expectation was a grueling, tooth-pulling, and difficult proposition. Well, I was in for a surprise. Jerrica, my representative found a potential renter within the first week. Unfortunately, that tenant didn't work out. My mortgage was due, and my brand-new condo was sitting idle. Jerrica put an end to my worries and the following week the condo was rented for 12 months. We had to give a little discount, and I was okay with that. Thereafter, they collected the rent like clockwork, and the rent was deposited as smoothly as a glass of Double Black Johnny Walker. I am extremely happy with Blizzard especially Jerrica. They saved my condo and repaired my wrecked nerves.

I have been using Blizzard for the last 10 years for our single family home in Mammoth Lakes. We have consistently had tenants. No more than a month in vacancy for improvements between tenants. We were concerned when we first rented out that house that we would get lots of phone calls in the middle of the night for water issues or improvements. It was nice to not have those calls, make my life a whole lot easier. Thank you so much to Jerrica and the Blizzard Team

Jerrica @ Blizzard made my mountain home living dream come true. I got an adorable A frame in the perfect location. She made sure to make necessary upgrades before I moved in (after I signed the lease!), and is going above and beyond to continue upgrades to the house (lighting, etc) that she thought was needed. I also love that I can log online to pay rent without any add'l fees, request maintenance online... but they're also right in town in case I need to meet face-to-face.

1. Rent increase provided with only 2 days notice to give notice before rent increase takes affect
2. Multiple inquires on returning deposit have been ignored.
3. Two months later, I've no returned deposit nor itemized list of expenses CA law requires justifying keeping the deposit.

Zero positive feedback to give.

Update after seeing Blizzard's response: It's telling there is a response to negative feedback but not the multiple emails and calls I sent. There are no actionable steps in your response to convince others "we will strive to improve communication in the future" or "we will take steps to improve our communication and ensure a smoother experience for all out tenants." (quoting Blizzard's language) A significant history of poor reviews supports that future tenants can not trust their words nor have confidence in having a positive experience.

The best and maybe only property managers in Mammoth . I watched Peter and Steve work through a torrential downpour to ensure that our meters were properly protected. They spent almost an hour with water pouring over them in near freezing conditions building an enclosure thst would help to keep me and my family safe and secure.. I applaud their integrity and if I am to assume the rest of the team is as determined as they were i would highly recommend using blizzard as your property management company..

I leased an apartment through Jerrica of Blizzard property management. Service was exceptional. To qualify the rating I would like to state one such outstanding service incident where in refrigerator stopped working on a Friday, of course. But Jerrica managed to get a loaner fridge of the same size and was able to get it installed on a Saturday morning which is a usual holiday. This helped me a lot to keep my food and vegetables safe for the weekend. I appreciate the dedication of Jerrica.
