He is a very receptive, intelligent and experienced realtor who has a great team of agents that were also helpful in showing our house. Ron Accornero or Mr. Villa Park as I like to refer to him. What Ron provides for you is value. I cannot speak to him as a property manager but within a month, as promised and to my specifications, got me a tenant after my rental had been sitting on the market for some time before his employment. It’s relatively rare for a senior broker and manager to take a rental listing but the truth is that Ron is so well connected in the community that it pencils out for him.
