After speaking to numerous realtors trying to find the perfect one that would listen to our needs and wants we found Brandon Phillips, and we couldn't have been happier with him. Brandon took the time to get to know us and listened to what we both wanted in a home. The homes we were shown were really nice but he actually listened while we were walking through to what liked and did not like about it and used it to find us the perfect home. Brandon walked us through the whole process and kept us up to date on the process of closing. If you are looking for a very knowledgeable, honest realtor than Brandon Phillips is the one for you.

We worked with a different local realtor for a few months, and it was a very difficult and frustrating process. On the recommendation of a friend, we switched over to Wes Madden. Right from the start, we were treated with care and respect. Our realtor, Greg, really listened to what my husband and I wanted, and helped to match our desires with houses that would fit our needs. He was exactly what we needed- balancing my optimism with a pragmatic viewpoint. When we found "just the right house", he moved quickly and effectively to help us get an accepted offer!! Wes madden was also really helpful during the escrow portion of our home purchase- they walked us through everything. Their office runs like a well-liked machine. Greg even brought us a lovely house-warming gift on the day of closing. Overall, it was a fabulous experience and we are so grateful for Wes Madden!!

We bought our house sight to scene and it was the best experience. There was never a moment our questions were not answered. Our realtor, Greg Baldwin and his assistant Randi, gave us the best possible options to finance our home, insure our home and be in the best area where we wanted to be. We got a beautiful, modern, new construction home with several Facetimes and pictures to satisfy us on the other end of the country in Louisiana. I wouldn't go through another realtor for any other home needs in this area. Greg negotiated an amazing contract for us with the builder. With us being first time home buyers, we definitely needed to be educated on the home buying process in Alaska and I'm happy and proud to say, we understood every step of the way thanks to Greg and his wonderful team at Wes Madden Real Estate.

Brandon Phillips went above and beyond my needs. His expert knowledge of the area and military installations, ensures members that are arriving area given many options to chose from, not just the Fairbanks/.North Pole area. Being a Veteran himself, at Ft Wainwright, he has a good understanding of recall needs to both bases. Ensuring that when finding the perfect home, you will know exactly how long takes to get to the Fort or Base, also gates times. This is very important to those of us on reverse schedules or one hour recall. Granted this geared for the needed of military, DOD Civilians, and Contractors, but if he can do this for us, Brandon will do for everyone in need of a home. I Highly Recommend Brandon

I hired madden to sell my home and this was the biggest mistake I felt like I have ever made! I've owned 2 other houses before in the lower 48. Never have I experienced such and unprofessional real estate company in my life! I worked for the government and retired here in Alaska .twice madden failed to closed deals on my property after promising that everything was going perfect. The first time on day 13 of the 15 days disclosure period, they failed to close the deal. After informing my wife and I to start moving out that deal fell through. My home was put back on the market from madden. The second time we were told that the deal was going through. So we waited til after the 15 dayy period and I asked my realtor could the buyers back out and I was told no, they could not. And we should move the remaining items out of the home which we did. One hour before signing at the title company, I was told to get in touch with madden because the title company haven't heard from the buyers. I was told by madden that the deal fell through yet again! That was enough for me. My wife and I didn't want anything to do with.madden

Very professional outfit. Agent Greg Merdes made selling our house easy. He's a life-long Alaskan and lay-back but very knowledgeable. He even contributed $100 to help our 5 year old nephew who had neuroblastoma cancer! Just a great guy!

I give this place a 1 star because I've tried countless times to inquire about a couple houses. I've not only emailed them 4 times but also called and talked to the secretary and have left messages. There is also a couple instantences that they failed to disclose information to buyer realtor. Extremely unprofessional and bad business practices.
