Another below average business in an area full of them. My wife and I rented from the realty for two years. Before arrival to the apartment the neglectful property manager didn't say anything about the previous owner having pets and after we asked (because it smelled like dog and cat urine) he says the previous tenant had A dog. He did not offer to even have the carpet cleaned. The tile in the entry way was falling apart and he says we can fix it if we want to. After meeting the neighbors they informed us the previous tenant had atleast 10 animals in the house. So he blatantly lied to us. Sometime later the mailboxes were hit by the snow plows. I call the property manager and he says that it's usually the tenants job to take care of this. I tell him I'm not doing it and he eventually has someone come TAPE them back together. They would barely close after that. Also in the middle of winter our furnace goes out so I call him and he acts like it's such a burden for him to call and have a company look at it when it's -30 degrees outside. My wife and I are both military and never had even a late payment on rent. When it was time for us to move on to our next base the property manager calls and tries to set up a time for someone to come look at the apartment in the middle of us trying to pack all of our stuff and be at work during the day and he gets irritated that we can't meet HIS schedule. He also doesn't mention anything about returning our deposit. Meanwhile the new neighbors that moved in had trashed their side of the lot but the property manager was too much of a pushover to do anything about it. I hope someone reads this and avoids renting from this realty. To the property manager: you suck at your job and you're a crook.
