I can definitely recommend Red Rock P.M.! Rosie & Rhonda were a pleasure to work with. Bart is an excellent maintenance man too! Rosie was always there to answer our questions and quick to respond to maintenance requests. Bart was very professional and does quality work. My wife & I will miss our rental with them and wish them the best.

It’s unfortunate that I am just now seeing these reviews or I would have likely passed on doing business with them. Rhonda is completely unprofessional and disrespectful. I’ve been literally yelled at by both Rosie and Rhonda. Life is stressful enough, and I HATE moving, but I would rather move again then to continue to deal with them. It makes no sense how they talk to people and it sounds like from what I’ve read below, they’ve gotten away with it for years. In addition to being rude they hire guys that lie about stuff. I was told the carpet was cleaned prior to moving in and the air vent filters had been replaced right before I moved in with a 5 month old baby. That was not true. I went to change the filter after in May after moving in end of April and the filter date was December. Sucks I am just finding out, but now I know what and who I am dealing with.

This company is extremely unprofessional. My friend was approved had all the money orders in hand but had completed the paper work online. all the proper paper work was APPROVED!!!!!! ROSIE declined her however . She WOULD NOT GIVE HER HER KEYS AT THE TIME OF KEY PICK UP based off her look. (Yea she is melanated) ALONE !!!!!!! This woman has children and a good job with NO EVICTION history AT ALLLLLL. What was the reason SHE WAS AN AFRICAN AMERICAN WOMAN WITH TATTOOS. SHAME ON YOU RED ROCK. SHAME ON YOU

Be warned, this company has unusually high fees, and likes to charge $100 to $200 just to apply, and then keeps the money, rejecting your application without even giving any reason.

We applied with perfect credit, perfect rental history and well over $100k in combined income, and were told there were no other applications on the property. Then we were told "the owner decided to pass" with no other reason given, and no chance at recouping their higher than usual fees.

I understand that an individual property owner may choose to deny a tenant independently of the management company, but it is a poor business strategy to tell people paying $100 to $200 just to apply that the owner might say no even if you qualify, and they will just keep your money., and tough luck, please give us another $100.

Are people supposed to spend hundreds and hundreds of dollars applying,simply HOPING that the owners won't just "pass" , without giving any reason as to why?

A decent company would at least give a partial refund if you are otherwise eligible but their owner rejects you for no stated reason.

I would avoid this company as this type of practice shows they don' really care about the renters, only making money for their real clients, the homeowners.

Amber is awesome and this company is awesome . This is the best Managment company by far. I have never had one issue and I am honestly happy. I would love to remain with them until I purchase a home of my own.

Terrible company, absolutely ZERO concern for their tenants, we paid on time every month, were stellar renters, didn't miss a single payment throughout the pandemic, never late... a for our efforts, got kicked out when the rental market got hot and on top of that they tried to keep our security deposit! Don't do business with these people, they will try to scr*w you over!
