As a first time home buyer, the experience was quite nerve racking especially during this time of uncertainty with increased rates, inflation, and high demands for homes. Open houses were on the weekends and offers were due by Monday. With just a couple days to decide if this was our dream home, it was stressful to say the least. However, the team at Property Investor and Advisors LLC made the whole process very easy and comfortable. Overall we had a great experience with the team as they were very professional, kept us up to date and explained the whole process step by step.
