If possible then i would have given them zero on the review. They just ignored us for 2 weeks telling us that we gonna give you call every morning but no one reach out. I don't know who the danielle person is but seems like she doesn't have time to reach out to the coustmer. Even though we called and sent emails, she is not communicating with us and the receptionist is also giving us hard time. When we try to apply through zillow, they wanted us to apply from their website where they can take our money.
If we would have applied from zillow, we could have chance to apply bunch of house. They don't value their coustmer so never apply through them. One of worst experiences in the housing sector.

As a property manager, these guys are THE worst.
Ethically they violated several CA real estate laws which I will make actionable.
1. Taking 2 months to get paid from tenant. Money in the trust
2. Books are cooked to reflect payment from tenant where this didn't happen for months.
3. Repair jobs dispatched charging me monthly costs without any details or understanding of what was done. This happened month after month. When I communicate with tenant, they claim they never asked for these repairs
4. Aggressive tone and insult from Caryn Kenny (owner of Kenny Realty) flipping the script and blaming me for not enabling their repair partners to do the repair. I simply asked for any detail and wanting to look at alternatives.
5. Fire alarms given to Evan and never installed. When asked they don't even respond.

I accepted Caryn Kenny threats of termination of client / property management after 1 year of abuse without understanding or trying to bridge this huge gap.
This is not a way to treat your client, using bullying tactics and complete deaf ear approach.

We were very impressed with his ability to line up top-notch contractors who prepared the property for market quickly and economically. It really looked great.
