Not the best. They complained that our lawn was not up to par when we were cleaning it. They also complained about us not power-washing our house when we had started but needed a few extra supplies to finish it. They wouldn't even have noticed unless we started. Then they complained when our dog got stuck outside for one night and was barking. Would be nice if they had heard our dog barking to actually check on our dog instead of write a complaint since that rarely happens. They offer criticisms without any useful help. Seems like they are just Karens with nothing to do with their spare time.

Absolutely horrendous at property management. Had my gfs car towed while she’s in the hospital having a baby.
The owner told the tow company that the car was broken down and abandoned.
The tow company called them and told them that it’s clean, no rust on the car and it looks well taken care of. Their response was to tow it anyway. Went there today peacefully and cordial. Only to be talked down to like I’m trash and shame on my for only living in a town house. ?. Happy to say it’s a rental and my primary residence is a 7000 sq foot house in hockessin behind Sanford School.
They called the person I rent the house from to talk bad about me and they got shut down immediately. They know what happened and IPS was in the wrong for sure. The tow company knew it and returned my car with no charge. I don’t recommend this company to an owner or a person looking to lease. Absolutely horrible. Look elsewhere. I recommend Chrissy Quinn at Delaware premier property management. They set the bar high. Communication is key and service unparalleled, Highly recommend them for all your needs.

They are the worst!!! Their book keeping and management skills are awful!! Our condo community utilizes this company and ever since they have acquired the contract they have sent me a invoice stating that I've been late on my payments. I have NEVER sent them a late payment. Then, I give them the canceled check numbers and they still send late invoices. At this point I feel singled out and harassed by this company. Who ever does their book keeping needs took me retrained!

Thankful we sold our property and no longer have to deal with IPS. They are VERY quick to relay bad news, but are incredibly difficult to reach. Left messages to update our physical address and IPS never responded. I called their main number and someone repeatedly picked up the call and hung up the phone. I finally got through to “Leah” to make the change and to inquire about a refund of an overpayment. She was completely distracted, unhelpful and short.

Property Management is a difficult business - balancing the needs of the property owners, existing Laws and Deed restrictions with various opinions and perceptions. IPS has proven to be up to the task! When mistakes are made, they work to resolve them.
