My building has gone through many management companies over the years it’s hard finding someone responsive and knowledgeable. In most cases in the city just responsive. We started using NGI and with the help of Paul Dedvukaj our new building manager we are finally getting our buildings finances back in order. Also His building knowledge and relationship with vendors like plumbers have helped us so much. He has been like our building engineer since we brought NGI to our building. Such a great help.
