Used RE/MAX as a first time home buyer in purchasing a condo. Would not repeat that experience. Post sale, I realized they very clearly steered me away from a known issue with the complex in order to close quickly. My divorcing parents currently using RE/MAX to sell their home. Realtor does not maintain communication with the parent who is managing the sale.

Very clean and nice looking building inside and out. Very nice front desk. Very curtious and respectful and honest. I leave cash to pay my rent which is frowned upon but I get to the front desk, she gives me an envelope i leave the money and it always gets to where it needs to go.

I worked with Bryan Cable to purchase a home in Palmer. While Bryan was diligent in helping me find a house, when an issue arose Bryan handled it very poorly and communication became very strained and Bryan basically did not speak to me, the buyer. Furthermore, Bryan agreed to speak to the seller about something and there was no follow through. I would not recommend working with Bryan Cable.

Always giving the run around. Applied and called so many times but no returned call. Told a property was open applied than was told I would be able to see another place but that never happened. Was told that I would be reimbursed for my application fees. That never happened.
