When I liked one, he was quick to act on it and secure it for me
I appreciate his help with dos n don’ts tips
He helped me through each every process and in a timely manner
Very knowledgeable and I didn’t have to do much
He would follow up and get the documents to me.
Submit and follow up and kept me updated at all times
He did the closing in 30days . The average closing time in Alaska is about 45 days
I picked a home on 13th Jan and 14th I had my keys in hand.

Super annoying, their robots keep calling me asking if I want to sell my home. Repeatedly, day after day, despite me asking them to discontinue by removing my property from their call list.

On the 9th call this month I went ahead and asked for a CMA, I’ll happily share the licensee name & info after the real estate commission processes my complaint.

Brittainy Bolding helped us with an excellent home buying experience. Her patience and persistence led to us finding the right place. This review is for Nate Brown not REBA in general, maybe after these reviews they’ll look into a listing agent with no care. We were on the buy side of one of Nate’s listing and what a nightmare. Not attentive to detail. Waited 3 weeks to get repairs started which caused delays even though our lender was ready and on it. On our way to our final walkthrough we were informed the window repair we agreed upon was not done. One day before closing… then to find out later that day that the roof repairs we agreed to as well were not done due to the weather(snow) but had he just had the contractor fix this weeks before the snow all would be well. recording was then of course delayed as we came up with a solution. His solution was to send a document directly to title and bypass our agent trying to have us sign something that benefited only the seller which is very clear why he didn’t want our agent to see it. Everyone wants that big commission check but you still have a job to do, I understand he is not representing us, but our agent went well beyond her job to help this guy figure it out.
