Liberty office staff are very helpful, organized & friendly. We always have a good experience with them. If you can’t get ahold of them on the phone, you can walk or drive there to talk in person. They may be busy on the phone or sometimes the phone services aren’t available.

Liberty maintenance are excellent, on time, great customer services. We always have a very good experience with them. I love chatting with them as well & I always say hi whenever I see them. Maintenance does call you before arriving (they will call the # that was provided on the ticket request). When they arrive they ring your doorbell & yell out maintenance. On the app that they have when filing out a ticket there is a question that says “do we have permission to enter click yes or no”. If you have any questions you can go in person.

Also please remember they have important meetings from Monday through Friday 8am-9am.

Worst housing district by far. Their door is always locked, they never answer the phones. I have a doctors note to remove me from the mold ridden home they put us in due to health and they refuse to move us or release our lease. Pathetic excuse for humans. Don’t trust liberty housing at all costs!

From start to now, my son and my time living here has been absolutely wonderful. My checking in representative Luke was extremely welcoming and professional. I've had a few items requiring assistance upon moving in, and every technician, Yonathan, Antonio, and two other men (so sorry my brain is failing me right now) we're excellent. Very nice, professional, cleaned up every bit of work area regardless of my saying I would do it. They will not let me, and they go above and beyond each time. Yonathan has been our tech on multiple occasions, and I couldn't be happier and / or feel safer. When he gets here, he explains the issue from start to finish. He doesn't get mad at my rambling questions and is always very positive. My son and I couldn't be happier here. Thank you all again for the wonderful housing establishment that you are providing for us.

Currently 43 degrees outside and we've been without heat for 2 days because maintenance won't come fix our thermostat. And my toddler and my 2 WEEK OLD baby keep waking up freezing. Get it together Lincoln this is an emergency and I'm tired of not being heard when we need something. This isn't the first time maintenance has taken their sweet time to fix or set up something for our home. Absolutely disgusting if you ask me

I am so thankful for the 4..5 years I've been here any issue I have had has been resolved quickly. Staff has always been kind and informative. I know that isn't everyone's experience but mine has really been great and I'm thankful to the workers who are always so accommodating.

Can’t say enough about the quality of professional staff from the office to the maintenance workers. Work requests handled in a timely manor to completion. House was newer and maintained exceptionally. No utility costs, no deposits, playgrounds at every corner, fenced in backyard. Best deal in SOCAL.

We moved in on short fused orders in January and so far it’s been a pleasurable experience.
The housing is a bit older and requires routine maintenance, but considering the size and amount of homes and how short handed they are, they’re surprisingly quick to help address issues.
Amanda provides exceptional customer service and Rick is the most knowledgeable handyman we’ve had assist us. They both take the time to listen to our needs and provide great timely follow up.

The housing we’re in (middle unit) takes full advantage of the space and the walls are thick enough to where we don’t hear the neighbors.
The only issue that we’ve had that is untreatable is the fluorescent lighting throughout the house, it produces a humming noise that is a bit annoying (but we invested in lamps), and parking.
The garages are too small for trucks, which is normal for a lot of places, but on a base with a large truck population the available parking spaces are far and few between and seem like a mile away when you have two babies. Luckily we have very reasonable and polite neighbors who also have families who don’t mind us parking short term directly in front of the garage.

[TLDR]
Overall the community is great. It’s local to everything you and your family could need, the staff in our location listens and it actually feels like they care about your needs; and the housing although older is in pretty great condition minus a few things here and there.

P.S.
Although there are other internet service providers available, Cox is the primary and the others are capped in how much service they are allowed to provide. If there was a way to hold them accountable and repair all the cable within the units and on the exterior, or somehow make fiber optic available that would be amazing. We continue to have service issues and unless you’re knowledgeable or standing on top of the technicians they cut corners and only provide temporary fixes. Quite irritating for those of us who are in school and use streaming as a primary entertainment source. Not really a housing issue more than it is a Cox issue.

This company doesn't care about you, their goal is to take as much money as they can from you and will become hostile. Highly suggest hunt or deluz, better prices and have AC.
