This company is evil and Heather was the worse property manager that we’ve ever dealt with. She was dishonest and allowed our yard to be flooded for over a month. There were mold issues in our rental that affected me and my children. They kept our deposit when we moved out, and still charged for damages that were already existing before we moved in just so they could get a Reno on our behalf. There’s so much more to this and I’m open to discussing with anyone. I just want to share to spare any other family from dealing with what we had to deal with.

I’ve seen families here complaining about not getting a chance to rent with them. Just thank God that they did not accept you. Heather was a slum lord. I was a realtor myself and I would caution anyone from working with her as a realtor either. If she lies and treats tenants badly, you shouldn’t trust her with making one of the biggest decisions of your life. I have pictures and other documents to back up what I’m saying, feel free to reach out!

My husband and I tried to rent from this company, even though we both have almost 800 credit scores and make over 3 times the rent and no evictions or anything that would stop us from being approved, we were not giving the opportunity to rent a specific home for whatever reason. (I definitely know the real reason.) When we inquired about the property we were told that someone was getting ready to move out in a few days, once the person had moved out, we were told that he was considering other people to rent the property. Still three weeks later, the house was on the market for rent so I had someone call and asked if it was available and he said yes and sent the person the application to complete. This is definitely discrimination. I called realty central with this issue and i was assured it wasn’t what I was thinking (discrimination) and they would have the realtor over that property contact me as soon as possible which he never did. About 30 minutes later they immediately took the property off the market as if it wasn’t available, then posted that home back on the market a few days later for it to be rented. I’m glad I still have all my text messages from the communication I had about this home to prove everything I’m saying! It’s sad this day and age we still have to be discriminated against!!

Heather Oats with Realty Central LLC sold our house for us. She is very professional, knowledgeable, responsive and an outstanding person. She was very quick to respond to my questions, no matter how silly they were. She basically had to hold our hand through the whole process, there is a lot more involved in buying and selling a house than most people think. The buyers of my home had a realtor and she was difficult to work with, Heather handled it like a champ and on closing day everything went smoothly. If you are looking for a realtor that gets the job done, I would highly recommend Heather Oats .

These people are genuinely kind and not judgmental at all, which is so nice and refreshing compared to our past experiences. Linda schmidt lied to us. She told us the previous homeowners had taken care of the few details we put in the agreement for buying the house. Linda told us they had taken every care of everything she had personally checked all of it. They had done nothing. She lied to help her friends sell a very degraded home. She even suggested what inspector we should use off of the list she gave us. This lady is a walking catastrophe.

Good service but be aware they do not make the move out assessment. They let the owner call the shots and of course you can see the conflict of interest there. When the owner looks through their house that they have rented for years they expect it to be just like they left it. They don’t take into account that the house has been rented for years. So i feel i left it honestly just a good as i received it and the owner tried to get a lot of my deposit to cover his repair costs to fix the ac he just had to replace. The house in my experience was 13 years old. For example he is trying to charge me for door stoppers. You have been warned.
