Decided it was time to finally get my own place after the delays from buying due to the fires and Covid. Met Jessica and she was very helpful through the process, and I enjoyed the ability to visit locations on my time due to my busy schedule. She was helpful in narrowing down the options which I wanted to eventually live in, and I am ever greatful. This is an experienced real estate group in Chico.

Jill Stewart has been wonderful to work with for all of our real estate needs. We just finished our purchase with Giovanna and Jessica. We were set up with Giovanna using Zillow to see a house we were interested in. While she wasn’t available the day we were in town to look, she immediately set us up with Jessica. The 2 of them curated a list of houses based exactly on the parameters I had sent. We ended up purchasing one of those houses! We were able to communicate long distance (we were living in Oregon at the time). Every step of the way Giovanna kept us current on deadlines, answered questions, and made the process seamless. We were finally able to meet her the day we closed. She met us at the house with a warm hug, congratulations, and special treats. We think she is the number one agent we have ever worked with (we have made lots of home purchases in our lifetimes), and we couldn’t ask for anyone better!
