Good luck trying to get in touch with anyone over the phone, email, or in person. Poor communication is an understatement, on top of a rude front desk. Trying to ask any questions will get you a condescending attitude/response. Very unimpressed even after putting a deposit on an apartment

Kind of a joke to be honest. Good luck trying get through to anyone to ask questions or anything. Even after filling out multiple applications, multiple email requests for information, and calls made just to be told someone will reach out to me, without being able to ask a single thing.
This has been about a two month ordeal and at this point I give up on this “company”
